Steel Erection at the new Autoserv Showroom
Raymond, NH – Jewett Construction Company, Inc. has completed steel erection for AutoServ KIA’s new auto dealership showroom in Belmont. Built on a site shared with the AutoServ Collision Center, the 5,729sf design-build project is comprised of a pre-engineered Butler building with MR-24 standing seam roof; and an exterior of insulated glass, ACM, and insulated metal panels. Roofing is currently underway.
When complete, the interior will be of porcelain floor tiles, acoustic ceilings, and interior glazing at the offices, bathrooms and new delivery space.
This is the fourth dealership project Jewett has undertaken for the client.
