Portsmouth, NH – North Branch Construction, Inc. of Concord has completed the construction of a $4.4 million student success center on the campus of Great Bay Community College (GBCC) in Portsmouth. This one-story, 20,000sf addition to the existing college includes a gymnasium, administrative offices, a student lounge, a fitness center, and locker rooms.

JSA, Inc. of Portsmouth provided design for the project, which, despite the tough winter, was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
This is North Branch’s second time working on the GBCC campus – the firm completed major re-roofing and HVAC infrastructure upgrades to the building in 2007.
