Raymond, NH – Jewett Construction Co., Inc., has contracted with O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. of Springfield, MO for renovations to an existing O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Augusta Maine as well as construction of a new, ground-up store in Milford, Mass.
Renovation of the Augusta facility at 61 Western Avenue includes a 3,000sf pre-engineered metal addition and upgrades to the existing sales area. Work includes selective demolition, site work and drainage upgrades, and steel erection. All work will be completed while the store is in operation.
The new store at 150 East Main Street in Milford, Mass. involves the demolition of an existing structure, asbestos removal, site work, concrete paving and the erection of a 6,650sf pre-engineered metal building.
