Portsmouth, NH – Jessica Winston recently passed the CESSWI (Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector) exam, which addresses all aspects of providing complete inspections for erosion and sediment control and stormwater compliance.

Winston as a civil project engineer in TFMoran’s Portsmouth office. She has been with the MSC division for nine years.

By passing the exam, she has demonstrated that she has the knowledge and understanding of documentation, communication, safety, the rules and methods of erosion and sediment control and stormwater control and management.
