A structural engineering veteran, he brings 19 years of experience in the design of new construction and analysis and investigation for adaptive reuse and rehabilitation in a wide variety of building types in the markets of higher-education, healthcare, multi-unit residential structures, and commercial spaces.

Charlotte BouvierCharlotte A.C. Bouvier, P.E., joins the company as senior engineer. has practiced structural engineering for over 13 years. She has extensive experience with design and project management in projects ranging from single-family homes to hospitals and condominiums. She has been involved in projects varying from renovation to new construction and incorporating a mixed-use of steel, timber and concrete.
Jessica Kandel
Jessica A. Kandel, marketing/communications manager is an experienced marketing and business development professional with more than nine years of experience in the construction industry. Her experience highlights BSE’s focus on fostering industry relationships, company communications and new business development. She is currently serving on the Board of Director’s for the Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS), Northern New England Chapter.
