Scarborough, ME – Landry/French Construction Company recently began construction on three separate healthcare projects:
At Mid Coast-Parkview Health in Brunswick, Landry/French is serving as construction manager on a 62,000sf renovation of the Parkview Campus facility to house wellness, oncology, infusion and primary care. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the fall of 2017.
At Ripley Medical Office Building in Norway, Landry/French is renovating 6,500sf on the second floor to accommodate Western Maine Pediatrics. Construction is expected to be completed December 2016. Both projects were designed by SMRT Architects/Engineers of Portland.
Landry/French is also serving as construction manager on a fully occupied 34,000sf renovation project at Market Square Health Center in South Paris. The phased renovation project is expected to be complete Spring/Summer 2017. Gawron-Turgeon Architects of Scarborough designed the renovations.
