A resident of Rye, NH, Cochran attended the University of New Hampshire’s Thompson School of Applied Science, where he graduated with dual Associate Degrees in Architectural Technology and Construction Management. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys surfing, fly fishing, and hiking.
